Importing your data
The guided import covers clients, properties, assets and history.
- 1. Pick the source: a generic CSV file, or a Jobber / Limble export (field mappings are pre-built).
- 2. Map the columns: the wizard proposes matches; unrecognized fields can become custom fields.
- 3. Dry run: everything is validated without writing — you see errors row by row before committing.
- 4. Import: choose “all or nothing” (any error cancels everything) or “best effort” (valid rows go through, the rest wait in a retry queue).
Failed rows are fixed in the interface then re-run in bulk — no need to redo the file.
