End of day
When the technician taps “End of day”, a screen recaps their whole day: timestamps per job, breaks, mileage and total hours.
Framed adjustments
The technician can correct their own timestamps within configurable limits:
- GPS-confirmed timestamp: ± 5 minutes.
- Manual timestamp: ± 15 minutes.
- Beyond the threshold: a reason is required; large gaps go to an admin approval queue.
Locking
Once the day is submitted, it's locked: only an admin can change it afterwards, with a reason and an audit trail. If the technician disagrees with a change, they can open a dispute — the decision history is kept.
