Offline mode
The technician app is designed for basements and dead zones.
What works offline
- Viewing assigned jobs, access notes and checklists.
- Timestamping (manual arrival, start, completion, breaks).
- Taking photos, collecting the client's signature, recording parts used.
Every write is queued locally, then synced automatically when the network returns.
On conflict
If something changed during the offline window (e.g., the job was reassigned), the server resolves it with clear rules and the technician is informed — nothing disappears silently, everything is traced.
