Collecting your invoices
Every sent invoice includes an online card-payment button. You can also record payments received other ways:
- Interac e-Transfer: record the reference number on the invoice.
- Cheque and cash: one click to mark the invoice paid, with an audit trail.
- Auto-pay: contract clients can save their card; recurring invoices pay themselves.
- On site (Business plan): collect by card right in the field with Stripe Terminal.
Overdue reminders go out automatically per your sequence, and configured late fees apply on their own.
