Installing the app
The technician app exists on iOS and Android.
- 1. The technician receives the email invitation and creates their account.
- 2. They install the app from the App Store or Google Play.
- 3. On first open: sign in, then biometric unlock (Face ID or fingerprint).
- 4. Permissions are requested when useful: location at the first “On my way”, camera at the first photo, notifications at onboarding.
If a permission was denied, the app offers a direct link to the phone's settings to re-enable it. Offline mode works from day one — assigned jobs are cached.
