Privacy — mobile app

With your permission, the app uses location, including in the background, to auto-confirm your arrival at client sites and calculate mileage. We record discrete on-site arrival points — not continuous tracking of your movements. You may revoke location access at any time in your device settings; some auto-arrival features will then stop working. Retention: with time and mileage records, 7 years (CRA / Revenu Québec).

We generate a device-specific push token to deliver assignments, dispatch alerts and messages. Tokens are processed via Apple (APNs) and Google (FCM) and are removed on sign-out or uninstall.

With your permission, the camera and photo library are used to attach service photos to tickets and to scan QR codes and barcodes; the microphone is used for voice notes. These are accessed only when you trigger the corresponding action.

With your permission, the app reads NFC tags affixed to equipment to identify it quickly. No personal data is read from the tags; only an equipment identifier is processed.

We process device identifiers and diagnostic data (model, operating system, error logs via Sentry) to secure sessions, deliver updates and troubleshoot. Biometric authentication (Face ID / fingerprint), if you enable it, stays on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

Each sensitive access (location, camera, photos, microphone, NFC, notifications) requires your explicit permission and can be revoked at any time in your operating-system settings. Revocation may disable features that depend on it.
